Description of Q.series Module Special Terminal Blocks
Q.bloxx-TERM RS422
This terminal is a level converter from RS422 to the TTL module for the Q.bloxx D101. The Q.bloxx D101 needs an HW version of at least 2.2.
Configuration: The terminal’s 4 inputs are always used. When the channel is configured as "frequency 2-wire", inputs 3 and 4 can no longer be used.
Q.bloxx-TERM Schmitt Trigger 100mV
This terminal is a level converter for inductive sensors to TTL for the Q.bloxx D101 module. The switching threshold is approximately 120mV at 100kHz. The threshold increases linearly up to 500kHz, where the threshold is 1.5V.
The Q.bloxx D101 needs an HW version of at least 2.2.
This terminal can also be used with the Q.bloxx A109. However, the 5V power supply for the terminal must be removed. Only works with HW version 5.2.
Q.bloxx-TERM Schmitt Trigger Prog
This terminal has a Schmitt trigger input with externally programmable thresholds for the Q.bloxx D101. The Q.bloxx D101 must be set to the TTL switching threshold. The actual switching threshold is 0.5 to 5V with two external potentiometers (adjustable, 1k to 10k).
